The Super sexy model and the Victoria's secret poser Miranda Ker says she loves excercising Yoga and other workouts like pilates ,as they suits her body.She aslo said that she has been practising when she was 17 years old ,the 29 year old bombshell says,"I love yoga,I practise pilates and light weights.They are excercises that suit me and my body and I stick to what I enjoy.I have been doing yoga over 12 years now,I like the physical and mental effect it has on me."

           Miranda said that she works a lot and love doing that as it is important both for her and her work.The 29 year old mother of one said she also take care of her eating habits and switch to healthy food.She also works out by playing with her year old son,Fynn.
