Both were sad to announcetheir separation earlier this year," they did not say themselves instead their lawyers made some statements. " The split is amicable and by mutual agreement. Both parties are fully committed to the future joint parenting of their children."

           Kate and Sam were married in the year 2003. .The successful director and  TITANIC star has a six year old son with MENDES,named Joe.

       From her earlier marriage with Jim Threapleton she has a 10 year old daughter too,her name is Mia.

                     The exercises suggested by her trainer Ashley boosts up metabolism ,burns excess fats in the body and bring her in total shapes enhancing her cuts and curves.Other than these excercises she does treadmills abs, boxing lift weights.

                   Her personal trainer says that the hollywood star ,31 has a great dedication for workout.He says that it is better that you eat fruits and vegetables rather than chocolates and butter .
